Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot
offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- We only take returns for defective products or products with manufacturing defects.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized alterations
- Certain personal care items
To Initiate a Return
Please provide:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- A detailed reason for the return
Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refund Process (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email about the status of your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment
method within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item:

- Ship the defective item to our address: Habigent Technologies Private Limited, Lane-3, Plot number-
451, Kainga Vihar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, 751019.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit
for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to
you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves
to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, ship it to our designated address:

Note:
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over ₹5,000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
